You're Not Meant to Figure It Out Alone

Mental Health

Because talking works — and we have fifty years of evidence to prove it. Here's the honest case, limitations included.

Blue Row exists because one man talked about mental health when the people around him didn't think it was a real thing. He was right. It is real, it's common, and it's treatable — and the hardest part is often just knowing where to start.

This page won't diagnose you or tell you what to do. We're a clothing brand, not a clinic. What we can do is point you toward the people and resources that actually help, and make the first step feel a little less far away.

If you're in crisis right now

If you're thinking about harming yourself or you're in immediate danger, please don't wait.

Call or text 988 — the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US), available 24/7. You can also chat at 988lifeline.org.
Text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
If someone's life is in danger, call 911.

You deserve support, and it's available right now.

Finding a therapist

Starting therapy can feel like the hardest part — but a few trusted directories make it easier to find someone who fits, filter by what you can afford, and reach out on your own terms:

  • Psychology Today — the largest directory; filter by location, insurance, specialty, and sliding-scale fees.
  • Open Path Collective — therapy sessions at reduced rates for people without adequate insurance.
  • Inclusive Therapists — centering culturally responsive, identity-affirming care.
  • NAMI HelpLine — call 1-800-950-6264 for help figuring out your options (not a crisis line).

If you're a student

Most colleges offer free or low-cost counseling, and it's one of the most underused resources on campus. Check your school's health or counseling center — many now offer same-week appointments, group sessions, and virtual visits, often at no cost.

For young-adult and campus-specific support, Active Minds and The Jed Foundation are excellent starting points.

If cost is the barrier

It shouldn't be, but often it is. These resources focus on making care affordable:

Learning more

If you're trying to understand what you or someone you love is going through, these organizations publish clear, trustworthy information — no jargon, no judgment:

  • NAMI — National Alliance on Mental Illness.
  • Mental Health America — including free, anonymous screening tools.
  • NIMH — the National Institute of Mental Health.

A note from us

Every piece we make helps fund therapy for someone who can't afford it. But you don't have to buy anything to use this page. If it helps one person take one step, it's done its job.

Take care of yourself. Seriously.
